About NFF

The Ntibarwiga Family Foundation (“NFF”) is a private charitable organization that has three core missions. (1) Providing mentoring to the youth through the Ntibarwiga Mentoring Institute (“NMI”) (2) Giving out academic scholarships to needy students, and (3) providing emergency financial support to needy families and individuals. The NFF is a non-profit organization under the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) section 501(c)(3).  Donors can deduct contributions they make to the NFF under IRC section 170.

We want to empower families and individuals through youth mentoring, academic scholarship support and emergency financial support.

Our Mission

To provide mentoring to the immigrant youth and first generation of youth born from immigrants to the U.S.A.  The NFF will also provide academic scholarship support and emergency support to needy families and individuals.

Eric Nshimiye

President, Treasurer, and Founder of NFF

Mr. Eric Nshimiye is a Principal Engineer in the Global Engineering Department of the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co at its headquarters in Akron , Ohio.

Anualita Mbarusha

Vice-President of NFF

Dr Anualita Mbarusha serves as the Chief Pharmacy Service in the USA Department of Veterans Affairs in El Paso, Texas.

Albine Bizimana

Secretary of NFF

Dr. Albine Bizimana, founder of Humura Psychology Consulting, is a senior consultant and licensed Clinical Psychologist.

Douglas Chamlee

Board Member

Douglas Chamlee is a network manager for the Ysleta independent school district in El Paso, Texas.

Erwin Gutic

Board Member

Erwic Gutic is a graduate student attending Malone University in Canton, Ohio. He is majoring in Business Administration and Management.
